Manuel earned his bachelor’s degree from Eastern New Mexico University (ENMU). His professional mission is to partner with school administrators to streamline complex data pipelines and ensure 100% accurate, compliant, and timely New Mexico state reporting. He is a dedicated husband, father, and football coach for the St. Pius X High School Sartans. He is also a global travel enthusiast, weekend soccer and football fan, and dedicated coffee lover.
