Rebecca served as a special education elementary school teacher in an inclusive setting for 6 years.  She provided case management services and worked with the school staff to develop and implement school-wide behavior plans. In addition, Rebecca was a mentor teacher for new staff. Presently, Rebecca is a Special Education Consultant with a focus on developing and supporting school-wide plans including developing and implementing Individual Education Plans, Functional Behavioral Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans. She also provides professional development around behavior management and positive classroom behavior supports.
